Midwest Janitorial Service, Inc. is looking to hire (1) part-time evening cleaning positions in Bellevue.

2nd Shift position is Monday - Friday 4 hours a day. This position has a semi-flexible start time between 4:00 pm and -6:00 pm.

$18.00/hr. ($17.00 $1.00 performance/attendance bonus)

Great position to work with a friend or family member.

Client required background and pre-employment drug test.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• General cleaning, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.
• Must be able to bend, twist, squat, lift 20 lbs. – 30 lbs. and be on feet the entire shift.
• Must be able to use an automatic floor scrubber
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility
• Must pass client background and drug testing
• Must adhere to the company’s and client's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• High degree of professionalism
• Exceptional customer service skills as work may be performed around client
• High attention to detail
• Reliable/Excellent Attendance
• Self-Motivated

Wages vary by facility and shift. Facilities/Positions that offer a Performance/Attendance Bonus require a highly detailed, reliable person. Clients paying for this incentive expect the highest level of service.
